Bible Stories

The life of Jesus in short narrated episodes, a season at a time, starting with the Sermon on the Mount. There's a verse of the day with a home-screen widget, stories by topic under What are you facing?, and the whole Bible to read in the Bible tab.

Getting help

Email support@keronlabs.comand tell us your phone model and what went wrong. If it's about an episode, say which one.

Lost a subscription?

Open the Me tab and tap Restore purchases. Sign in to the App Store with the same Apple ID you subscribed with, and unlimited episodes come back.

Cancelling

Subscriptions renew until you cancel them. Tap Manage subscription in the Me tab, or go to Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. You keep unlimited episodes until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel the subscription.

Refunds

Apple handles payments, so refunds go through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Watching offline

Subscribers can tap Download on an episode to keep it on the phone, and downloaded episodes play without a connection. Signing out removes downloads from that phone.

Deleting your account

Open the Me tab and tap Delete account. Your progress, your sign-in details and your onboarding answers are deleted straight away, and the app starts fresh.
