Privacy policy
Keron Labs. Effective November 1, 2026.
Who we are
Keron Labs is a software studio run by Kalash Shah. We build apps, games and web products. This policy covers two things: this website, keronlabs.com, and an internal tool we use to publish posts to Keron Labs' own social media accounts. Questions go to privacy@keronlabs.com.
Each of our apps and products has its own privacy policy, and that policy is the one that applies when you use it. See our products below.
This website
keronlabs.com has no accounts, sign-up forms or contact forms, and it doesn't set cookies. We don't run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on it, and the fonts are served from our own domain.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the technical details of each request, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you asked for, so it can deliver the page and protect the site from abuse. We keep request logs for a short time to fix errors. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
The “Get in touch” buttons take you to kalashshah.xyz, the founder's personal site. If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply.
Our social publishing tool
We run a self-hosted copy of Postiz, an open-source social media scheduler, to plan and publish posts to Keron Labs' own accounts and to see how those posts perform. It is an internal tool. Only the Keron Labs team signs in to it, the public can't create accounts on it, and the only social accounts connected to it are ones Keron Labs owns or manages. It connects to Facebook and Instagram through our Meta app “Keron Social” and to YouTube through our Google app “Keron Social”.
What it accesses
When we connect one of our accounts, we sign in and approve access on the platform's own screen. Depending on the platform, the tool can then:
- read basic profile details for the account, such as its name, ID and profile picture
- list the Facebook Pages, Instagram business accounts and YouTube channels that account manages, so we can pick which ones to post to
- publish posts, photos and videos to those Pages, accounts and channels
- read insights and analytics for them, such as reach, views, followers and engagement on our posts
The tool has no access to private messages, and we don't use it to collect data about other people's accounts. Engagement numbers we read are totals reported by the platform for our own posts.
How we use it
We use this data only to schedule and publish Keron Labs' posts and to measure how they do. We don't sell it, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't share it with anyone. The one exception would be a legal obligation to disclose it.
Where it is stored
The tool runs on infrastructure Keron Labs controls, reached over an encrypted connection through Cloudflare. The access tokens the platforms issue, our scheduled posts, the media we upload and the analytics the tool fetches are stored in the tool's own database and storage on that infrastructure. We keep tokens for as long as an account stays connected, and we delete them when we disconnect it.
YouTube and Google data
The tool uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel to it, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's use of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
Keron Labs' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, we use Google user data only to provide the publishing and analytics features described above. We don't transfer it to others except as needed to provide those features, to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or acquisition. We don't use it to serve ads, and we don't sell it. People don't read it unless we have the account owner's permission, it is needed for security or to comply with the law, or it has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
Removing access and deleting data
Anyone who has connected an account to the tool can remove its access at any time from the platform:
- Facebook: Settings, then Business integrations, then remove “Keron Social”.
- Instagram: Settings, then Website permissions, then Apps and websites, then remove “Keron Social”.
- Google and YouTube: Google Account, Third-party apps and services, then remove “Keron Social”.
Removing access stops the tool from using the token. To have us delete the data the tool holds for an account, email privacy@keronlabs.comwith the account or Page name. We'll delete it and confirm by email within 30 days.
Our products
These policies govern the products they belong to. Where one of them differs from this page, the product's policy applies to that product.
Children
This website and the publishing tool are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. Email privacy@keronlabs.comand we'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the date at the top. See also our terms of use.
